Neil Barua

Chief Executive Officer

Neil Barua is the Chief Executive Officer of PTC.

Neil’s career spans more than 23 years across global operations, financial, and executive positions. Prior to joining PTC, Neil served as CEO of ServiceMax and transformed the company into a recognized leader in field service management. When PTC completed its acquisition of ServiceMax in January 2023, Neil led PTC’s Service Lifecycle Management business and joined PTC’s executive leadership team. Neil became CEO of PTC on February 14, 2024.

As CEO, Neil focuses on PTC’s global business strategy, customer experience, and company culture.

Previously, Neil served as an operating partner at Silver Lake, a global leader in technology investing. Earlier in his career, Neil was CEO of IPC Systems, a global provider of specialized technology solutions for the financial services community.

Neil resides in the Boston area with his family. He earned his Bachelor of Science from NYU. Neil serves on the board of directors of Streetwise Partners.

Michael (Mike) DiTullio

President and Chief Operating Officer

Mike DiTullio is President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the company’s day-to-day business. In this role, Mike oversees product development, sales and marketing, customer success, strategy, and IT across both the Digital Thread and Velocity Business Units.

Since joining PTC over twenty years ago, Mike has led teams in every part of the world where PTC operated. Most recently he was president of PTC’s Digital Thread group, consisting of seven businesses with 5,000+ employees that bring in more than $1.5B in annual revenue. Mike was also instrumental in helping PTC transition to a subscription business model and adopt a digital-first marketing strategy. Both of which were key to PTC’s ability to deliver sustained growth during the pandemic-induced economic downturn and have become foundations for PTC’s new business model.

Mike is a member of the board of directors for The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).

Prior to PTC, he was worldwide marketing product manager for Abbott Laboratories’ Diagnostics Division and an Executive Officer in the United States Army. Mike earned a B.S. in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Catherine Kniker

Chief Strategy, Marketing, and Sustainability Officer

Catherine is Chief Strategy, Marketing, and Sustainability Officer at PTC, responsible for positioning the company for success by driving where PTC plays, who PTC serves, and how PTC wins. In this role, Catherine oversees key strategic functions including corporate strategy, corporate development, marketing, and sustainability.

With over two decades of outstanding executive leadership, Catherine is recognized in the tech industry as a passionate and results-oriented senior leader. Since joining PTC in 2016, she has led the company through several acquisitions that have accelerated PTC’s SaaS journey and uniquely expanded and strengthened PTC’s capabilities, making it easier for industrial companies to achieve their digital transformation goals and set PTC apart from the competition. Catherine is also credited with building a partner ecosystem to help solve PTC’s customers' greatest challenges. In 2022, she launched a formal initiative to identify and help quantify the ways that PTC customers can use PTC products to achieve their own sustainability goals.

Outside of PTC, she’s an active Director and Executive Committee Member of The Massachusetts High Technology Council (MHTC).

Prior to PTC, Catherine successfully held numerous strategy, corporate development, and go-to-market leadership roles.

She has an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a B.S. in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick in Ireland.

Kristian Talvitie

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Kristian Talvitie is EVP and CFO at PTC, responsible for overseeing worldwide accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax and treasury, investor relations, and information technology functions.

He has held this role since May 2019, but Kristian was previously at PTC from 2008 to 2016 in several roles including Corporate Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.

In his time away from PTC he was CFO at SaaS company Sovos and Syncsort.

Kristian earned a M.S. in Management from Boston University and a B.A. in Psychology from Allegheny College.

Lisa Reilly

Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer

Lisa is Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at PTC. She is responsible for leading the global People organization.

With nearly 30 years in HR, Lisa brings a wealth of HR leadership experience from the technology, telecommunications, and consulting sectors. She is passionate about advancing the business through strategic HR consulting, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Lisa joined PTC in June 2020 as Senior Vice President, Global HR Business Partners. Throughout her time at PTC, she has focused on HR transformation and building a strategic HR business partner function to support the changing needs of the business. An influential voice in the business, Lisa serves as a trusted advisor and thoughtful partner in the organization using her keen ability to align organization structure, leadership, and talent to the business strategy.

Prior to PTC, Lisa was a global HR leader at Cisco Systems, where she led HR for the Customer Experience Global Delivery Centers, an organization of more than 7,000 engineers. Lisa has also held HR leadership roles at Motorola, G+J Publishing, and Text100 PR.

Steve Dertien

Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Steve Dertien is EVP and CTO at PTC, responsible for championing corporate technology strategy across the portfolio and solution offerings. Steve also leads the team in PTC’s Reality Lab researching new, unchartered, and possible next technology while figuring out the business advantages it can provide to our customers and global partner network.

Since joining PTC in 2000, Steve has spearheaded many different initiatives at PTC including the business transformation to bring IoT into our solution offerings and the go-to-market strategy and product marketing that followed. Prior to PTC, he was a business systems analyst and manufacturing engineer at Medtronic.

In addition to his role at PTC, Steve serves on the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council's Technology and Innovation Advisory Board.

Steve earned a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Ferris State University in Michigan.

Kevin Wrenn

Chief Product Officer

Kevin Wrenn is Chief Product Officer, Digital Thread Group, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Digital Thread product strategy, development, and operations. He is focused on growing and enhancing PTC’s product leadership roles in many fast-changing markets. Under Kevin’s leadership, PTC’s CAD, PLM, IoT, and AR products have consistently been ranked a leader by industry analysts since 2019.

In his nearly 30 years at PTC, Kevin has held many leadership positions in product segments and in global services. As Chief Product Officer, he leads the vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of product development and management, including R&D, cloud services, technical support, and PTC product segment organizations (CAD, PLM, IoT, AR, ALM).

In addition to his role at PTC, Kevin serves on the board for Boston University's College of Engineering Product Innovation Center (EPIC).

Kevin earned a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and an M.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Jamie Pappas

Chief Revenue Officer

Jamie Pappas is Chief Revenue Officer, Digital Thread Group, responsible for all go-to-market customer-facing teams, including customer success, sales, solution consultants, and subscription management.

During his 25-year career at PTC, Jamie led the regional sales in Asia, Europe, and most recently, North America where he has been instrumental in leading the sales team to deliver consistently strong growth.

Jamie earned a B.A. in Business from Stonehill College in Massachusetts and completed the Sales Management Executive Graduate course at Harvard University Extension School.

Aaron von Staats

Executive Vice President and General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Aaron von Staats is EVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for PTC. Aaron manages PTC’s worldwide legal, compliance, and cyber risk management functions. His responsibilities include corporate governance and board of directors matters, SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, customer and partner transactions, intellectual property, technology licensing, litigation, and employment law. Aaron oversees PTC’s compliance programs focused on anti-corruption, export compliance, insider trading, and data privacy. He also oversees the company’s cyber security risk management program, focused on advancing cyber security initiatives and addressing incident response.

Having joined PTC in 1997, Aaron held various positions before being promoted to General Counsel in 2003. Prior to PTC, he was an attorney at Palmer & Dodge LLP in Boston and a Judicial Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Supreme Court.

Aaron is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and serves on the Advisory Board of Cancer Support Community of Boston. He previously served as a board member for City Year Boston and for the Arts & Business Council of Greater Boston.

Aaron earned a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.

Martin Ingram

Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer

Martin Ingram is EVP and Chief Digital Officer at PTC, responsible for the company’s global information technology (IT) team, overseeing PTC’s digital infrastructure and working with business leaders to guide PTC’s digital process optimization strategy.

Martin brings a strong and experienced background to PTC, with more than two decades of IT and operations leadership. Most recently, Martin served as Global Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Avaya, where he led a team of 1200 IT professionals with major locations in the US, Ireland, Argentina, and India, with the team supporting the entire global Avaya enterprise. The role was instrumental in leading and facilitating the ongoing transformational efforts at Avaya by driving operational optimization, greater productivity, and business enablement.

Prior to Avaya, Martin held technology leadership roles at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc., Oracle, and Colorado College. Martin is a PhD candidate from The University of Florida and earned his MA from The University of Arkansas and BSc from North Carolina State University.

David Katzman

General Manager, Velocity Group

David Katzman is the General Manager of the Velocity Group at PTC – which is comprised of Onshape, Arena and the PTC Education team. David is responsible for driving operational excellence, while overseeing the day-to-day execution of the Velocity Group’s business strategy.

Prior to his current position, David served as the SVP and general manager for Onshape, where he oversaw the design and implementation of business strategy and policies – from customer success and sales to partnerships and business development. Onshape was acquired by PTC for $470 million in October 2019. Previously, David was a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting.

He serves on the board of the PTC Foundation and holds advisory roles in several tech companies.

David received an MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering and economics from Tufts University.
