James Hobin
James Hobin started contributing to the Reality Editor project back in 2012. He wrote his thesis on adding modular UI components to the Editor and graduated from MIT with a Masters of Engineering in 2017. His next stop was Mozilla, creators of the open source Firefox web browser, where he contributed to the development and global launch of the Mozilla WebThings Gateway, an open source domestic IoT platform. He now brings his experience with the evolution of the Reality Editor’s previous incarnations and his knowledge gained from his work at Mozilla to the Reality Lab as a Senior Innovation Engineer.
