Here at PTC, we’re thrilled to have been awarded the prestigious Editor's Choice Award for the Digital Transformation Project of the Year category at this year’s Retail Technology Innovation Hub (RTIH) Awards!

This award celebrates those at the forefront of digital transformation in the retail space, achieved through deploying innovative technologies to drive speed to market, efficiency, and agility in decision-making.

PTC received the Editor’s Choice Award specifically for its newly launched Flex Insights offer, a low-code platform designed to help brands and retailers unlock the power of their data to drive faster and better decisions during planning and product development. Available through a collection of simple, visual, easy to use and intuitive apps, Flex Insights addresses some of today’s most pressing industry challenges, including, but not limited to: critical path management, compliance tracking, visual line planning and sustainability analytics. Personalization features also improve the user experience and put real-time data, imagery, and actionable insights at users' fingertips.

Hosted by RTIH and spearheaded by retail industry expert Scott Thompson, this event celebrates global tech innovation in a fast-moving omnichannel world. Launched in 2019, the RTIH Innovation Awards are held annually and attended by esteemed decision-makers from top technology brands and retailers worldwide. With 19 diverse categories, submissions are judged on the degree of innovation, transformative business impact, as well as their commitment to sustainability.

The winners were revealed during an awards ceremony held at the Barbican Centre in central London. Adding a touch of humor and charm to the evening, the event was expertly hosted by the acclaimed comedian and best-selling author, Ian Moore.
