- Benefits manages the global employee benefits experience to help all employees thrive in all aspects of their lives.
- Compensation oversees the distribution and management of compensation to all global employees.
- Employee Communications and Engagement enriches the global employee experience through effective communication, worldwide events, and innovative programs.
- The Inclusion and Diversity Team celebrates and promotes a sense of belonging for all employees around the world by empowering and respecting what makes them unique.
- Talent Acquisition recruits and attracts top talent to drive PTC’s strategy forward.
- Organizational Development creates strategic plans to achieve new levels of effectiveness, productivity, and personal development.
- HR Business Partners work with business leaders to align talent strategy with business objectives.
- Employee Services is the first point of contact for employees needing HR assistance in addition to ensuring accurate and complete employment information is maintained for all employees.
- The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) team is responsible for the support and maintenance of PTC’s human capital management systems. They support processing employee data, generating HR-related reports/analytics, managing system upgrades/implementations, and maintaining data integrity.
